Our missions

In collaboration with the Hôpitaux Robert Schuman, the FHRS has the mission of reinventing the hospital experience by making a difference to people's health. This will be achieved by taking action in four key areas:

Donations in support of the hospital play a crucial role in supporting healthcare and clinical research. The HRSF plays an essential role in providing vital financial resources to improve medical infrastructures, acquire cutting-edge equipment and fund innovative research programmes.

Thanks to the generosity of our donors, we can ensure that more people have access to high-quality healthcare by promoting innovation, the discovery of new treatments and advances in medical knowledge and understanding.

Buying state-of-the-art
equipment and materials

Making a donation to the Hôpitaux Robert Schuman Foundation helps support dozens of causes at the same time. Giving to health means supporting people who have needed, need and will need care.

These donations are collected in a “Health Fund” intended to provide financial support for a wide variety of projects that care teams, doctors, nursing staff and researchers need to carry out their work even more effectively, to offer humane care and enable the families they are supporting to overcome ordeals with as much peace of mind as possible.

Contributing
to research

Clinical research is vital to driving medical innovation, enabling us to understand, treat and prevent a multitude of diseases. Donations play a key role in supporting this research. Donations to clinical research represent an essential gateway to genuine medical advances, paving the way for more effective treatments and a significant improvement in healthcare for all.

Supporting
the training of care teams

Donations earmarked for training give healthcare professionals access to cutting-edge educational programmes, specialist workshops and continuous training. This helps to maintain a high level of skills within medical teams, ensuring safe and effective healthcare delivery. By investing in training, donors contribute directly to improving skills, implementing best clinical practice and optimising the healthcare system as a whole.

Promoting
more humane care

Promoting humane care is an essential step in creating a more empathetic, patient-centred medical experience. Financial contributions can help train medical staff in empathic approaches and patient-centred communication. Donors therefore help to build a relationship of trust between patients and carers, and to create a hospital environment characterised by compassion and dignity.
